With the then growing demand for print and copier solutions, coupled with the professionalism and expertise of the service center, the company experienced a consistent growth, while maintaining the level of quality the loyal customer base were already accustomed to.
Throughout the years, Rikomak established it self as the leader on the Macedonian market, which in turn encouraged the company to incrementally expended its operation to include multifunctional devices, duplicators, and production ready printers from: Ricoh, Infotec, Nashuatec, Gestetner, RexRotary, Lanier, Canon, HP, Toshiba, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, Xerox, Riso, and others.
